SVW ranks first in customer satisfaction on Q2 CAAC report

SVW again ranked first in customer satisfaction for its comprehensive service network and customer pleasing after-sales services in the recently released Q2 2007 China Automobile & After-sale Service Quality Report, known as the "CAAS Report".

  As a joint collaboration between the Customer Committee of China's Quality Association, and the Automotive Engineering Department of Tsinghua University,a total of 1,218 cases out of 1,346 received cases were evaluated.

  The Report comprehensively evaluates the rate at which the cases are successfully solved, and also takes into account customer feedback, which is generated from the 2007 National Auto Users Committee and the Auto Quality and Service Tracking Station.

  SVW was number one in resolving after-sales problems, and garnered a premier ranking for customer satisfaction on the Q2 CAAC report.
