Service awards pile up for SVW and Skoda

ON the basis of a series of customer care innovations, SVW's VW brand won the 2007 China auto service "Golden Wrench Customer Care Award," at the same time Skoda -- SVW's new brand -- received "the New Stars Award."


  The award ceremony of the "2007 China Auto Service Brand, Service and Product Suppliers, Gold Wrench and Gold Finger Award" was held in Beijing on December 6. The "2007 China Auto Service Brand Gold Wrench Award" evaluation was jointly sponsored by the Auto Channel of Sohu.com and the Auto Driving & Service Magazine. Focusing on the assessment of the overall after-sales service capacity of the Passenger Car brand network, it is the most authoritative domestic automobile service brand annual list published by the media.


 

  Techcare, launched in 2005, is SVW's general service brand, based on the strong support of SVW's after-sales services. Its round-the-clock network of service members has reached 202, and the free vehicle detection communication service has provided service almost 530,000 times. As part of the customer-focused "outstanding service", it provides a thoughtful and personalized service to the customers.


  Skoda's comprehensive after-sales service system has also proven its advantage in the China auto market. Combining over 20 years of partner experience, it has improved the spare parts supply, technical training and customer assistance services since it was launched a half year ago.
