Managing Director Chen delivered a report in which he outlined the direction for the year's sales and service work. According to Mr. Chen, both SVW and the dealers went through a transitional period in the past two years. In 2007, he said, the emphasis will be on implementing an aggressive marketing approach designed to leverage potential opportunities in the market. Based on this strategic direction, SVW will accelerate the pace of its sales initiatives in the following four areas: lock in target customers, exploit potential customers, boost purchases and cultivate customer loyalty. In line with the implementation of this new marketing approach, SVW will forge an innovative strategic cooperation partnership with all its dealers.

Following Director Chen's speech, more detailed presentations were given by the marketing, network and after-sales departments, explaining in depth how the goal of achieving excellence will be achieved.
After listening to SVW's marketing and service plans for 2007, Chairman Hu made a speech in which he acknowledged SVW's successful strategic shift from product focus to a market focus. He also noted the progress in raising customer satisfaction, improving market share and increasing dealer profits, all of which can be attributed to the concerted efforts of the dealers and service stations. The Chairman expressed full confidence in the market in 2007 and called on all parties to be more proactive in pushing innovation and business operation efforts towards the joint goal of driving SVW towards excellence.
Awards of different degrees were given to dealers and service stations that performed exceptionally well in the past year.
