No Holidays for After-sales service

  EMPLOYEES of SVW's after-sales service departments worked hard over the holidays to ensure that SVW customers could enjoy a leisurely holiday, free of concern about their vehicles.

  Statistics show that during this past week-long national holiday, SVW's after-sales service hotline accepted 2,367 customer service calls involving both inquiries and complaints. 109 out of the total 124 calls involving complaints were successfully resolved, which translates into a settlement rate of 91%.

  Employees of SVW's after-sales division together with the 20,000 plus after-sales related staff nationwide are doing their best to offer first class customer satisfaction along with building a positive brand image for SVW's after-sales service.
