ON October 4, Mr. Chen Hong, Vice Chairman of Shanghai Automotive Industry Corporation (Group) and President of SAIC Motor Corporation Limited, visited SVW employees who were working extra hours during the National Day Holidays.

　　Staff of the company's manufacturing department took on extra shifts between October 4 and 7 in order to meet the high market demand, They turned out a total of 4,931 cars, including 1,244 Santana B2's, 1300 Santana 3000's, 990 POLO Jinqing and Jinqu's, 1,363 PASSAT LINGYU's , and 34 Tourans.
