SEPTEMBER 18 -- In a short ceremony held at SVW's Customer Service Center, SVW was accredited with the title of 5-star Customer Service Center. At the ceremony, Ms Liu Xianjun, Secretary-General of China's Information Promotion League and Deputy Director of the Electronic Information Center -- part of the Ministry of Information -- presented the medal to Mr. Zeng Jialin, Diector of SVW's PR Division.
A vital element of SVW's customer relationship management project, the Customer Service Center has gradually grown to be a comprehensive hub incorporating diversified customer communication channels. Based on three major functions, the sales counseling hotline (800-820-1111), the after-sales service hotline (1010-6789) and the direct mail processing center, the Center has integrated various channels covering telephone, direct mail, fax, e-mail, EDM, text messaging and the Internet.
With a total capacity of 110 seats and availability of 24/7, 365 days a year, SVW's Customer Center has become the largest in scale relative to its counterparts in China. It has proven itself well competent to provide quality service to 3 million plus current and prospective car owners.
