Products made and sold by SVW as well as services provided by the Company shall meet the expectations of customers through constant technology improvement, and conform to the state regulations concerning environmental protection and security as well.
Having established the complete quality management system, SVW is the first auto manufacturer accredited ISO9001 in China. In 2001, SVW was awarded the national quality management award, the highest award in China’s industry field.

SVW consistently pursues the principal of “No acceptance, production and delivery of unconforming products”, and implements defect prevention measures during the manufacturing process, in order to realize the zero-defect goal.

SVW has International Standard (ISO9001-2000) and VDA6.1 Standard as quality management standard, and exerts great effort in internal quality management and quality cost. Being customers-oriented, SVW constantly attaches great importance to information from customers, and takes solving complaints of customers as an important step for quality improvement. SVW collects information and suggestions from customers, and QA Department initiates discussions with other departments and suppliers to analyze causes, determine improvement measures, designate responsible departments and personnel and set deadlines for improvement. The QA Department will follow up until the problems are completely solved.
